Areas of Expertise:

Leadership + Creative Direction + Art Direction + Graphic Design + Video Production + Motion Graphics

With nearly 15 years of experience in graphic and multimedia design, I've spent my career crafting media content for marketing, leadership development, and learning. My specialty is motion graphics and video production, where I focus on creating high-quality, user-centered content that drives engagement and improves retention.

As a creative leader with 8+ years managing direct reports, I take pride in fostering collaboration and inclusivity across teams. Whether as a manager, teammate, or individual contributor, I aim to create accessible and effective content while mentoring designers in areas such as creative design, soft skills, and project management.

As an Agile project manager, I’ve supported companywide initiatives across marketing, communications, DEI, leadership development, and onboarding. My scope has included organic and paid social, print and interactive design, conference materials, email and direct mail campaigns, photography and video direction, motion graphics, internal and external communications, SharePoint and web development, and more.

My journey has taken me through nonprofits, freelance work, design studios, and corporate roles within a Fortune 500 company. My designs have served promotional, educational, and developmental purposes across print, digital, web, social, and UI/UX channels.

Outside of work, I love the outdoors — whether hiking, kayaking, or exploring the city. I’m a musical theatre fan (at least one show a month!), a weekly kickboxing instructor, and an avid traveler — having visited 21 U.S. states, Mexico, The Bahamas, Italy, Jamaica, England, Ireland, and Iceland… with many more destinations on my list.

Meet some of the awesome designers I’ve worked with —

I have been truly privileged to work with and manage many talented creatives throughout my career, each with unique strengths and skills. As a creative leader, one of my biggest priorities is to clearly recognize each individual and appropriately credit their hard work. For any work in my portfolio that was a collaborative effort, or was a project completed by a designer under my leadership and art direction, I have added credits.

Building relationships, collaboration, and the celebration of designers' work are indispensable pillars in leadership. In this dynamic field where creativity thrives, fostering strong relationships between leaders and team members is crucial.

Collaboration is the backbone of successful design. Bringing together diverse perspectives and skill sets results in producing innovative and compelling designs. As a leader, I strive to learn, and leverage, the unique strengths and aspirations of each designer I work with, creating an environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired.

Moreover, celebrating employees' work not only acknowledges their individual contributions, but also cultivates a positive and motivating work culture. Recognizing achievements, whether big or small, fosters a sense of accomplishment and pride, stimulating continued creativity and dedication.

In the design world, where innovation is fueled by collaboration and artistic expression, relationship-oriented leadership and the celebration of employees' efforts contribute significantly to a thriving and vibrant creative ecosystem.
