This high-energy video was developed as an opening sequence for chiropractor and fitness coach Dr. Lance Robbins’ training series. It visually represents his core principles of Recovery, Performance, and Education. Filmed onsite at a local CrossFit gym, the combination of dynamic footage and motion graphics captures the intensity and spirit of Dr. Robbins’ brand.
As art director and lead designer, I created the storyboard, handled video production, and led the development of illustrations and motion graphics.

Part of the “Purpose & Kindness” interview series, this segment features Senior Vice President Shawn Burklin discussing his personal journey and leadership philosophy. Shawn opens up about working through school, becoming the first college graduate in his family, and how he builds trust, recognition, and psychological safety within his team.
I provided creative direction and production for this segment, from developing the storyboard to editing the video and motion graphics.
This video is part of an 8-part, 2-hour leadership series required viewing for all GEICO managers and optional for all other associates. Due to internal use, only a short segment from Part 3: Building Trust & Relationships is shared here.
